Use the guide at its original size.
1. Start with the original guide.
Download the PDF and open or place it in your design program. Keep it at its original size. The finished folder is 9 x 12 inches when closed.
2. Lay out the panels and pockets.
Use the outline and fold lines to position your artwork. Keep the guide on a separate layer so it stays distinct from the design.
3. Send it with your project details.
Send your artwork, quantity and need-by date. Ask us to confirm bleed, safe areas and business-card slit placement for your order. You'll see a proof before anything is printed.

Does the template show the bleed or the safe area?
No. It shows the cut and the folds only. Ask us to confirm the bleed, the safe areas, and where business card slits go for your order.
What is a bleed?Which panel is the front cover, and which way up do the pockets go?
The guide doesn't mark either, so ask before you lay it out. Pockets fold up from the bottom, which changes how artwork on them has to sit. You'll see a proof before anything is printed.
