Cookie notice

Last updated: October 2026

A cookie is a small piece of text a website saves on your device so it can remember things between visits. Here's what proformaaddaline.com uses, why, and how to control it.

What we use

Strictly necessary

These keep the site working: remembering your answer to the cookie banner, noting which country you're visiting from (two letters, so we know which of the rules below applies), holding what you type into a form until you send it, and remembering that you closed a seasonal note so it stays closed. They can't be turned off without breaking parts of the site.

When the optional ones are on

If you're visiting from the United States, the measurement and advertising cookies described below are on when you arrive, and you can turn them off at any time. If you're visiting from anywhere else, they stay off unless you accept them. Either way, the choice you make is the one we keep.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are helpful and which aren't: which pages are viewed, how far people read, and which buttons and links get used. When measurement is on, Google stores cookies on your device so it can tell one visit from another.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how a page gets used: where people scroll, what they click, and where they get stuck. We see that as heat maps and as a playback of the visit. Our forms are hidden from those recordings.

And we use Metricool, the tool we plan our social media posts with, to count visits to this site. When measurement is on, it is sent the address of the page you opened, the size of your browser window, and the page you came from. It sets no cookies.

We don't send Google, Microsoft, or Metricool your name, your phone number, or what you write in a form. There is one exception, for your email address and for Google only, described under Advertising below. Google and Microsoft also use what their tools collect for their own purposes. Their pages say how: how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Metricool's is its privacy policy.

Advertising

We advertise on platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram, and LinkedIn. When advertising is on, their tags can store cookies that tell us whether an ad led to a visit or a request, and let us show our ads to people who have visited this site. We don't sell your data.

With advertising on, Google's tag can also send Google a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address you enter in one of our forms, so a request can be connected to the ad that led to it. The address itself is not sent, and nothing else you type is.

If you say no, or turn them off

Nothing optional is stored on your device, and the advertising tags don't run. If the cookies were on before you turned them off, we remove what those tools had stored for this site. Google's measurement still counts the visit anonymously, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you or follows you from one visit to the next.

One limit: cookies those companies keep under their own addresses (facebook.com or linkedin.com, for example) are theirs, and we can't remove them. With the tags off, nothing on this site reads or updates them. Your browser's settings can clear them.

Videos

A customer video is a still picture until you press play. Then it plays from YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and from that point YouTube, a Google company, handles the video under Google's own privacy policy.

How you found us

When you send us a request through a form, it includes how you reached the site (a search, an ad, or a link from another site, for example) and the pages you looked at on that visit, so the right person can follow up. That note is kept in your browser tab only, isn't shared with anyone else, and is erased when you close the tab. If you never send a form, it never leaves your device.

The cookies, by name

For anyone who wants to check their browser against this page. This is what a visit stored when we checked in October 2026.

Always

  • site_region: the two-letter country of your visit. Gone when you close the browser.
  • site_cookie_consent: your answer to the cookie banner. Kept for 180 days.
  • pf-source: the “how you found us” note. Not a cookie: it sits in the tab's own storage and is erased when the tab closes.
  • pf-notice-closed: set only if you close the seasonal card that can appear in the corner of the page, or follow it, so it doesn't come back. Not a cookie: it sits in your browser's storage for this site and holds the name of the card, nothing about you.

Store access and shopping preferences

  • pf_shop_team: opens the private team preview after you enter the passcode. It holds a signed access value, not the passcode, and lasts up to 90 days.
  • pf-shop-cart: product selections and decoration options in your cart, including notes and artwork file references. Kept in this browser until removed or the site's storage is cleared.
  • pf-shop-seen: recently viewed product addresses used to show your history and related recommendations.
  • pf-shop-saved and pf-shop-compare: the product addresses you save or choose to compare.
  • pf-shop-requests: up to eight copies of submitted product selections, with their request references, so you can reuse them. Checkout contact details and delivery addresses are not saved in these copies.

These shopping lists sit in this browser's storage, not in cookies. Saved items and requests can be removed in the store; clearing this site's browser storage removes the lists and viewed history. Your browser does not share them with another device. The store requests the corresponding product details from our website when displaying these lists.

Only when measurement and advertising are on

  • Google Analytics: _ga, and a second cookie whose name begins with _ga_.
  • Google advertising: _gcl_au on this site, and IDE under Google's doubleclick.net.
  • Meta: _fbp on this site, and fr under facebook.com.
  • LinkedIn: bcookie, lidc, li_sugr, UserMatchHistory, and AnalyticsSyncHistory, under linkedin.com.
  • Microsoft Clarity: _clck and _clsk on this site, and MUID, CLID, and a few short-lived ones under Microsoft's clarity.ms and bing.com.
  • Metricool: none. It counts the visit without a cookie.

Each lasts as long as the company that makes it decides, from a day to about two years. The same tools also keep a few entries in your browser's storage for this site. Those companies change their cookies from time to time, so you may see one that isn't named here.

How to control cookies

On our site

A banner on your first visit tells you what's in use and lets you choose. We remember your answer for 180 days. You can change it at any time, here or with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page:

In your browser

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Here are the help pages for the popular ones:

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a no automatically, wherever you are. We won't show the banner, and nothing optional is turned on.
