Accessibility

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, voice control, or a zoomed-in screen. Here's what we've done, how we check it, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

What we've done

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level, the standard most accessibility specialists point to. In practice that means:

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where you are. A “Skip to content” link is the first stop on every page.
  • Text and buttons have enough contrast to read comfortably, and text can be enlarged without the page breaking.
  • Pictures have text descriptions, and a picture that is an illustration says so.
  • Forms have labels a screen reader can read, say plainly what went wrong, and never rely on color alone.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap on a phone.
  • Motion is kept small, and it stops if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Pages are built with headings and landmarks, so assistive technology can move through them by section.

How we check

Every type of page on the site is run through automated accessibility testing at desktop and phone sizes, and checked by keyboard. The last full check was October 2026.

Automated tests don't catch everything. They can't tell us whether a description is a good one or whether a page makes sense read aloud, so we rely on people telling us, too.

Where it may fall short

  • Other companies' sites. Our product catalog, our display catalog, and the customer login are run on other companies' systems. We don't control how they're built.
  • Video. Customer videos play through YouTube's player, with YouTube's own controls and captions.
  • Things we missed. We're a small team. If something doesn't work for you, that's a problem with the site, not with you, and we want to fix it.

Tell us what isn't working

Call 419.224.8747 or email info@proformaaddaline.com. It helps to know:

  • The page you were on.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • What got in the way, and what you were using (a screen reader, a phone, a keyboard).

We'll reply and work on a fix. In the meantime, anything on this site can be done by phone: call us and we'll take your request, your files, or your questions directly.
