Direct mail

Land in the right mailboxes.Skip the post office.

Tell us who you need to reach. We'll sort out the list, print the piece, and get it in the mail, so you're not sorting, stamping, or standing in line.

How it works

From the list to the mailbox, handled.

A mailing has a lot of moving parts: the list, the piece, the sorting, the postage. One team handles all of it, from printing to mailing, so you never make a trip to the post office.

  1. 01

    Tell us who to reach.

A neighborhood, a kind of household, or your own customer list.

  2. 02

    We sort out the list.

Built for you, or yours put to work. With EDDM there's no list at all.

  3. 03

    We print the piece.

You see a proof and approve it before anything is printed.

  4. 04

We get it in the mail.

Addressed, sorted, and sent. Nothing comes back to you to finish.

For healthcare

When a physician leaves, patients have to be told.

That means a letter to everyone on a list that holds patient information. Health systems including Blanchard Valley Health System and Lima Memorial Health System send their required patient notices through us. The list comes to us by secure transfer, every notice is printed, addressed, and mailed, and your team isn't stuffing envelopes.

We mail notices for a physician leaving or retiring, a practice closing or moving, and a new provider joining.

How patient notice mailings work
  1. 01

    Tell us about the notice.

Which notice, about how many patients, and the date it needs to be in the mail.

  2. 02

Send the list by secure transfer.

It holds patient information, so it never goes through the website form.

  3. 03

    Approve the proof.

You see the letter exactly as patients will receive it before anything is printed.

  4. 04

    We print, address, and mail.

When the mailing is delivered to the post office, you receive the mailing statement: the date of mailing, the final quantity mailed, and the final postage.

Do we need a mailing list?

No. With Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), your piece goes to every home on the routes you choose, with no list at all. If you want specific households, a list can be built for you, or you can use your own.

Can you build a list for us?

Yes. A list can be built around the areas and the kinds of households you want to reach.

Can we mail to the neighbors of our current customers?

Yes. A mailing can go to homes within a set distance of your customers, or to the five houses around each one.

Do you print the piece too?

Yes. Printing and mailing are handled together by one team, so there's no handoff between a printer and a mail house.

See printing services
Can you design it?

Yes. Our design team can lay out the piece from your logo and your message, and you'll see a proof before anything is printed.

Can you send a series of mailings?

Yes. A series can be set up to go out over time, so you stay in front of people without starting over each month.

What do people usually mail?

Postcards, newsletters, event invitations, announcements, and special promotions.

We need it to arrive by a certain date. Can you do that?

We'll plan for it. Tell us the date up front and we'll work back from it to get your mailing to the post office as early as we can. Once it's delivered to the post office, it's out of our control, so we can't promise the day it arrives. If time is tight, rush options are available on our end.

Do you mail required patient notices for healthcare?

Yes. Health systems send us the letters their patients are required to get, such as the one that goes out when a physician leaves. The list comes to us by secure transfer. When the mailing is delivered to the post office, you receive the mailing statement showing the date and the final quantity mailed.

How patient notice mailings work
How is pricing handled?

It depends on the piece, how many you mail, and the postage, which is why there's no price list on the site. Send the details and you'll get a price for your exact order before anything is made.
