  1. The situation

Trackman's agricultural-track team was talking with and signing up distributors across the country. Those conversations called for more than a single printed piece: reps needed display materials and information they could use with prospective distributors.

The campaign also needed a way to supply those pieces as reps requested them. Trackman asked us to partner with them on the products and the logistics.

  2. What we made

We sourced 3 x 8-foot and 2 x 4-foot vinyl banners, banner stands, high-traffic rubber floor mats and POS counter display signs. Two flyers and a brochure completed the printed materials for distributor conversations.

We held the campaign inventory and handled the kitting and shipping. Trackman's team told us how many pieces were needed and where they should go, and we assembled and shipped the requested kits directly to sales reps.

  3. The result

Throughout the completed campaign, Trackman had a coordinated way to get materials to its reps. Their team did not have to store the campaign products or pack each outgoing shipment themselves.

They supplied the quantities and destinations. We handled the inventory, prepared the kits and shipped the materials so their team could concentrate on distributor conversations.
