Performance Health needed a substantial product guide printed and sent to multiple locations. We produced its perfect-bound MEDCO catalogs and split-shipped varying quantities to 19 destinations.

The project
The print job included the shipping list.
The situation
Performance Health had a MEDCO product guide with 816 interior pages plus the cover. The project called for full-color printing and perfect binding, with a finished size of 8 x 10.75 inches.
The finished catalogs also needed to reach 19 locations. Each destination needed its own quantity, so distribution was part of the project.
What we made
We printed the interior pages in full color on both sides of 45 lb matte stock. The cover was printed in full color on both sides of 100 lb gloss cover stock, then the catalogs were perfect bound.
The catalogs were shrinkwrapped in packs of three and packed 12 to a carton. Those packing details sat alongside the print specifications in the plan for the finished order.
The result
The completed catalogs were split-shipped to 19 locations, with different quantities going to each. Printing, binding, packing and the destination quantities were handled as parts of the same project.
